Sterling have been established for 10 years with our office conveniently located just 5 minutes from the main square. We are currently growing and are looking for enthusiastic Individuals with English skills to join our nationally mixed team. Credit controller with fluent English Workplace: Kraków Region Name: Małopolskie We are recruiting for a variety of finance roles. No previous experience is necessary as up to 4 weeks training will be provided. Our working hours are 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday. We do not work on weekends and no overtime or shift work will be required, or expected of you. Responsibilities: You will manage a ledger of outstanding credit accounts You will make business to phone calls, in accordance with an agreed escalating process You will prioritise your time to ensure credit invoices are paid to agreed terms, negotiating payment plans in more complicated cases You will take ownership and resolve customer queries delaying payment You will liaise with a range of departments to ensure customer satisfaction You will conduct regular customer credit rating checks You will keep accurate records of your activity on the accounts and payments received You will demonstrate excellent levels of customer service at all times Requirements: Do you speak English fluently? Are you organised and methodical? Can you understand documents and data and write clear letters and emails? Can you work under own initiative? Do you have the ability to multitask and prioritise your time? Do you have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Outlook?
