For one of our Clients, the global leader in the Oilamp; Energy Industry, we are looking for an experienced and highly-professional candidate for a position: marketing and sales developmnet manager Nr ref.: 43930 Praca stała Lokalizacja: Kraków Zakres obowiązków: • the person on this position will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Marketing activities within the Open Market segment in Poland • the main areas of this tasks are: Promotion, Loyalty Program, Networking, Services, Incentives, taking into account the strong focus on Margin • the person on those position will cooperate with the country sales teams in the roll out of marketing activities according to Regional Marketing guidance • she/he will support the Country Sales Organization in order to find new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into Open Market sector • key challenges: the balance between customers’ demands and marketing processes, respect Budget allowance and expenditures, optimization of ROI, set-up promotional actions with real impact on sales growth, support Sales in deployment of new route to market in Country OM sector Oczekiwania: • a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field • at least 3-4 years of experience in the lubricants, automotive industry or similar related field • experience in a business that delivers its product through a multi-channel approach would be an advantage • a good command of English is mandatory (C1/C2), any other language is considered as an advantage • team player, being able to work in a structured and disciplined way • communication skills • functional knowledge and experience covering marketing and brand strategy, competitive analysis, market research and customer and channel development Oferta: • unique opportunity to support business activities in a start-up environment • multinational experience • attractive salary and benefits package • work-culture focus on employees professional and personal development • attractive work place in city central • chance work in home office in part Zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem Randstad nie pobiera opłat od kandydatów za udział w procesach rekrutacyjnych.
